1732 201 And whereupon the aforesaid John Purnall Jun.r Garnishee of the aforesaid Robert Harper in his Own proper person appears and Says that he Cannot Gainsay but that he hath of the Goods and Chattells of the aforesaid Robert Harper in his hands (to witt) two Smoothing planes, two hand Joynters twelve Moulding plaines, two Small Chessels one Smal Gouge one pair of Compasses three Gimbletts and One Square and paper Money of Pensilvania of the value of twenty five shillings Current Money all which tooles so as aforesaid Confessed by the afd John Purnall Jun.r are valued by the Court here to thirteen shillings Curr.t money neither Can he Say but that the aforesaid tooles of the value of thirteen shillings Cur money so as aforesaid valued by the Court and twenty ^five^ shillings paper money Ought in his hands to be Condemned which the Said plft doth not Gainsay &c Whereupon the aforesaid Thomas Latcham prays that the afd tooles of the value of thirteen shillings and twenty five shilling paper Currency afd so as aforesaid Confessed by the aforesaid John Purnall Jun.r may be Condemned in his hands as the proper Goods and Chattells of the aforesaid Robert Harper which to him is Granted he Giving Security according to Law in Such Case provided &c Whereupon a Certain George Tull of Somerset County Gent.m present herein Court in ^his^ proper person undertook for the Said Thomas Latcham that in Case the said Robert Harper shall at any time hereafter within a year and a day appear and make all or any part of the Said Thomas Latchams Claim against him to be satisfied or undue before the Laying of the attachment afd then the Said Thomas Latcham Shall make restitution unto the said Robert Harper or all or Such Part thereof as shall be so made appear to be undue or that he the said Thomas Latcham will do the same for him &c Therefore it is Considered that the aforesaid two Smoothing plains two hand Joynters, twelve Moulding plaines, and two Small Chessells One Small Gouge One pair of Compasses three Gimbletts and One Square all of the value of thirteen shillings and twenty five shillings paper Currency so as afd Confessed be Condemned in the hands of the Said John Purnall Jun.r as of the Goods and Chattells of the Said Robert Harper to^wards^ Satisfying unto the Said Thomas Latcham his damages and Costs as also all Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachment aforesaid and that the said Thomas Latcham have thereof Execution according to act of assembly in such Case provided &c memorand.m the Garnishe John Purnall Jun.r voluntarily takes his Oath that he hath noe more of the Effects of ye Defts in his hands than what he has Confessed &c Edmond Crapper Garnishe as afd voluntarily takes his Oath that the he had none of the Effects of ye defts in his hands at the time of the Laying of the attachment afd nor at any time since &c
