200 money as also the Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachment aforesaid and that the aforesaid Adam Spence Senr have thereof his Execution according to act of assembly &c Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the aforesaid old spining wheel two shees of flax four old trenchors one old weeding hoe so as aforesaid Confessed by the aforesaid James Steel (and valued by the Court to fourteen shillings) be Condemned in the hands of the Said James Steel as of the Goods & Chattels of the afd William shockley towards satisfying unto the aforesaid Adam Spence Senr fifteen shillings and Eleven pence Curr money as also all Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachment aforesaid and that the afd Adam Spence Sen.r have thereof his Execution against ye Said James Steel according to act of assembly &c
Somerset County ss: Be it remembred that on the twenty fourth day of May Ann Dom 1732 before me the Subscriber one of the Justices of the Right Honrble the Lord proprietary of the Province of Maryland &c in and for the County of Somerset psonally appeared the above Named Thomas Latcham and made oath on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God that the above account is Just and true and that the above Debt nor any Part thereof saving what he gives Creditt for is not Satisfied and that there ^are^ not any other accounts between the Said Thomas Latcham and the above Named Robert Harper for which the Said Thomas may be Likewise Indebted to the Said Robert to the Value of the Said Deb.t or any Pte thereof Sworn the day and Year abovesd before me Jn.o Scott May 24.th 1732 S.r the above Named Thomas Latcham having duly proved is Account before me Issue Attachment thereon against the Said Robert Harpers Effects Y.rs To M.r Thomas Hayward Cl of Somerset County Court Jno Scott In Pursuance to an act of Assembly of this Province now in force and in obedience to the aforesd Warrent the following attachment was Issued against the goods and Chattells Rights or Creditts of the aforesd Robert Harper the tenor whereof followeth in these Words Vizt Somerset ss Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the Provinces of Maryland and Avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore |
