19 into this Court the account of the Estate of Isaac Stevens dec.d wherein it is found that there is Ballance due to the abovesaid Orphans forty two pounds seventeen shillings and Eleven pence if therefore the abovesaid Ann Stevens or George Dashiell or any or Either of them or any or Either of their heirs Executors or administrators do and Shall Well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the afd Orphan the aforesaid Sum of forty two pounds seventeen shillings and Eleven pence Curr.t money when she shall attain to full age according to act of assembly in such Case provided &.c then the above Obligation Obligation to be Void and of None Effect Other to remain in full force and vertue Sealed and delivered Ann X Stevens (seal) In presence of John Sheldon George Dashiell (seal) W.m Marchment
the said Gamage Evans and Powell Evans their heirs Executors adm.rs or assignes to the which payment well and truely to be made and Performed we bind us and Every us Our and Every of Our heirs Executors and Administrators Joyntly and Severally in and for the Whole firmly by these presents sealled with Our Seales and dated the 19th day of august anno Dom 1730 The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the Whereas the Commissary Generall hath transmitted into this Court the acco.t of the Estate of the aforesaid Walter Evans dec.d wherein it is found that there is ballance due to the abovesaid Orphans the Sum of five pounds Currant Money If therefore the said Mary Evans and William Evans or any of them or Either of their heirs Executors or administrators shall well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the afd Orphans the afd Sum of five pounds Currant Money to be paid them according to the will of the said dec.d and act of assembly in such Case made and provided when they shall attain to full age &.c then the above obligation to be void Else to remain in full force and vertue her Sealed and delivered William Lane Mary N Evans (seal) In presence of marke Jno Sheldon his W.m | Evans (seal) marke The deposition of Revell Horsey aged forty years or thereabouts The deponant being Sworn on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God declares that in or about february or march 1718/19 he heard his father Nathaniel Horsey Sen.r Say that he had Given his Son Nathaniel Horsey a part of the Land whereon he now Lives and that after his decease his son Nathaniel was to have the whole devidend (paying to his Son William Horsey fifty pounds Reavell Horsey Somerset County in Maryland ss August the Eighteenth day One thousand Seven hundred and thirty then was the above deposition Sworn to in Open Court by the above Revell Horsey Thomas Hayward Cl The Deposition of Peter Frazer aged Sixty Years or thereabouts The deponant being sworn on the holy Evangelist of Almighty God that in or about february or march 1718/19 he being present with Nathaniel Horsey sen.r and Nathaniel Horsey Jun.r his son when they firmly bargained agreed and past bonds for the whole devidend of Land Called [illegible] which he then possessed the above Mentioned Nathaniel Horsey Jun.r to pay fifty pounds Currant Money to his brother William Horsey and then to possess the abovesaid dividend Peter Frazer Somersett County In Maryland ss August the Eighteenth day One thousand Seven hundred and thirty then was the above deposition Sworn to in Open Court by the above Peter Frazer Thomas Hayward Cl |
