180 Twelve Currant Money of Maryland as his proper Mare and to thereof being possessed he the Same mare out of his Hands and possession Casually Lost w.ch said mare afterwards to witt the tenth day of August one thousand seven hundred and thirty at Somerset County within the Jurisdiction of this Court to the hands and possession of the afd George Maglamory by finding Came and in the hands and possession of the Same George Yett is by w.ch Action hath acrewed to the same Henry Fitzwaters to have and require of the Same George the afd Mare yett the afd George although often thereto required the aforesd Mare to the Same Henry hath not Delivered but the Same to Deliver hath altogether Denyed and Still doth Deny and Unjustly Detain Whereby the Same Henry says he is worse and hath Damage to the Value of fifteen pounds Currant Money and thereof he brings this Suit L Gale P Qur pledges &c J Doe R Roe And the aforesaid GEorge by Thomas Bluet his attorney Cometh and defendeth the force and Injury when &c and prayed Leave thereof to Imparle here untill the next Court and he had it and the Same day is Given to the afd Henry here also &c att which said next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of March ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred & thirty Came againe as well the afd Henry Fitzwaters as the aforesaid George Maglamory by their attorneys aforesaid and whereupon the Same George prays further Leave ^thereof^ to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the Same day is Given to the aforesaid Henry here also &c Att which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of June Ann Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came again as well the afd Henry Fitzwaters as the afd George Maglamory by their Attorneys aforesd and whereupon the same George Prays further Leave ^thereof^ to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the Same Day is Given to the afd Henry here also &c Att which said Next Court to witt the Seventeenth Day of August Ann Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came againe as well the afd Henry Fitzwaters as the afd George Maglamory by their attorneys afd and whereupon the Same George prays further Leave ^thereof^ to Imparle here untill next Court and he had hath it and the Same day is given to the aforesd Henry here also &c Att which Said Next Court to witt the Sixteenth Day of Novemb.r Ann Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came againe as well the aforesd Henry Fitzwaters as the aforesd George Maglamory by their Attorney afd and Whereupon the Same George prays further Leave ^thereof^ to Imparle here untill next Court and he hath it and the Same day is given to the aforesd Henry Here also &c Att which said Next Court to witt the twenty first Day of March Ann Dom one thousand Seven hundred and thirty one Came againe as well the aforesd Henry Fitzwaters as the afd George Maglamory by their attorneys aforesaid and whereupon the same George saith that he doth not detain from the said Henry the Chattells aforesaid nor any percell thereof in manner & form as the aforesaid Henry above against him declared and of this he puts |
