hundred and thirty Seven pounds of tobacco and no more and because the aforesaid Richard deny's not this
but the Same allegation confesseth to be true prays Judgm.t and those damages above Confessed together with his
Costs and Charges aforesaid to him adjudged &c

          Therefore by Consent of the parties aforesaid it is Considered that the aforesaid Richard Gildart
Recover against the aforesaid Charles Young his damages aforesaid to the aforesaid Seven hundred and thirty
Seven pounds of tobacco by the Same Charles in form aforesaid Confessed as also two hundred and
275   Seventy five                     pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges aforesaid to the Same Richard
at his Request by the Court here and Consent of the parties aforesaid adjudged which Certain damages
in the whole do amount to                                                                              pounds of tobacco and ye

                          Isaac Wheeler Late of Somerset County planter was attached
to answer unto Susannah Wordie of a plea of trespass upon the Case &c
And whereupon the said Susannah by Levin Gale her attorney Complaines that
    whereas the Said Isaac the Sixteenth day of march ann.o Dom Seventeen hundred and thirty thirty one
was Indebted unto the said Susannah in three pounds Sixteen Shillings and ten pence Currancy as by
Certain note by the said Isaac Signed and hereunto Annexed dated the day and Year
afd may in Court appear and being so thereof Indebted the said Isaac in Consideration
thereof the day and Year aforesd at the Place afd within the Jur in and by the Note
afd upon himself did assume and to the Said Susanah then and there did faithfully
Promise that he the said Isaac the Said three pounds Six Shillings and tenn pence
when he Should be thereto requested he would well and faithfully pay and Content
Nevertheless the Said Isaac his promise and assumption afd in forme afd made
Nothing regarding butt Plotting and fraudulently Intending the Said Susanah
in that part Craftilly and Subtilly to Deceive and Defraud the Said three pounds
Six Shillings and ten pence aforesd to the Said Susanah according to the Contents
of the Said Note Altho the Same to do the Said Isaac by the Said Susanah the
aforesd Sixteenth day of March in the Year aforesd and other afterwards at
Somerset County afd within the Jur afd he was thereunto requested hath not
paid but the Same to him hitherto to pay hath refused and Still doth refuse
and Deny to the Damage of the Said Susanah of Six pounds Like money
and thereupon she brings Suit &c             L Gale p Qrte pledg de p 8  Jn Doe  R Roe

And the afd Isaac Wheler in his proper person Comes and Defends the force
and Injury when &c and Says that he Cannot Gainsay the action afd of the
afd Susanah above against him Complained and as to the Damages of the same
Susanah by him by occasion of the Premisses in that part Sustained the same
Isaac ^saith &^ Confesseth that the afd Susanah ^has^ Sustained Damages by Occasion of the
the Premisses beyound her Costs and Charges by her about her Suit in that
