William Horsey appears to his Recognizance and is accordingly discharged paying of his fees &c 

William Huttson being bound by Recognizance for his Good behaviour and is discharged a Certain Charles Ramsey
present herein Court undertakes for the Said William Huttson to pay the Severall officers fees due by occasion of ye
premisses &c

Patrick Burk appears according to his Recognizance and is discharged therefrom &c

Henry Fitzwaters appears according to his Recognizance for his Good behaviour and he and his Securitys are discharged
&c

                   Henry Fitzwaters appears againe according to his Recognizance for a breach of the peace and he and
his Securitys are accordingly discharged therefrom &c

Ambross Riggin appears according to his Recognizance for breach of the peace and he and his Securitys are discharged

John Sheldron appears according to his Recognizance for beach of the peace & he and his Security discharged &c

Abigail Fitzwaters is discharged from her Recognizance that she entered into for breach of the peace &c

Edward Condem appears according to his Recognizance for a breach of the peace and is discharged therefrom and ordered to
Give Security for the payment of the Severall officers their fees due by occasion of the premisses thereupon a Certain Joseph
Riggin of Somerset County planter undertakes for the Said Edward Condrun to pay the Severall Officers fees due by Occasion
of the premisses afd &c

    Teague Riggin appears according to his Recognizance for the Good behaviour and appearance at this day and he
and his Security are discharged &c

       John Riggin Jun.r appears according to the tenor of his Recognizance before Confessed and he and his Security
are discharged &c

    John Riggin Sen.r appears according to the tenor of his Recognizance before Confesses for his Good behaviour and
he and his Security were discharged &c

W.m Bowen appears according to the tenour of his Recognizance and is discharged therefrom &c

James Shirley appears according to the tenour of his Recognizance for his Good behaviour and appearance
at this day and he and his Securitys were discharged &c

Elizabeth Atkinson appears according to her Recognizance for the Good behaviour &c and is discharged
she Giveing Security for the payment of the Severall Officers their fees due by occasion of the premisses aforesaid
thereupon a Certain Abraham Smith present herein Court undertakes for the Said Abra Eliza Atkinson to pay the
Severall Officers fees due as aforesaid &c

John Bishop appears according to his Recognizance for the Good behaviour and is accordingly discharged
&c

       Henry Fitzwaters appears according to his Recognizance for the Good behaviour and is discharged therefrom
