the Action aforesd of the afd Hugh Porter nor but that he did assume upon
himself in manner and forme as the afd Hugh Porter above against him
hath Complained and as to the damage of the same John by him by occasion
of the premisses in that Sustained the Same the Same James Says and
Confesseth that the afd Hugh hath Sustained Damages by occasion of the
premisses beyond his Cost and Charges by him about his Suite in that
part apposed to tenn pounds Seven Shillings and Eight pence half
penny Currant Money and not more and because the afd John deneys
not this but the Same Allegation Confesseth to be true pays Jugm.^t and
those damages above Confessed together with his Costs and Charges afd
to him adjudged &.^c

    Therefore by consent of the parties afd it is Considered that the afd
Hugh Porter Recover against the afd James Rowland in Custody as afd
his Damages afd to the afd tenn pounds Seven Shillings and Eight
pence half Penny Currant Money by the Same James Rowland in
Custody as afd Confessed as also two hundred and fifty one pounds of tobacco
                for his Cost and Charges afd to the Same Hugh at his Request
by the Court here & Consent of the parties afd adjudged &.^c and the afd
Def.^t in Custody as afd in Mercy &.^c
