       June Court            1728         90

afd be bound unto the afd Daniel Luke until she arrive to the age of Sixteen Years &c

          Whereupon the said Amy Luke present here in Court is bound by the Same
Court ^unto the afd Danl Luke^ untill she Arrives at the age of Sixteen Years the Said Amy Luke being fifteen
Years of age the tenth day of October next the said Amy Luke to Serve the said Daniel Luke
faithfully and honestly the full term of time afd

                Inconsideration of which Servitude ^by^ the afd Amy Luke to be well and faithfully
performed the said Daniel Luke undertakes for to Learn the said Amy Luke dureing her
Servitude to Knitt Sew and Spin and to give her a years Schoolling and to Learn her houswifery
and Likewise to provide for his said Servant during her servitude meat drink washing lodging
and Cloathing mete for such a servant to have and wear &c

                Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court that the afd Daniel Luke give security
for to Comply with the Covenants afd
                                                           Thereupon the said Daniel Luke with George Dashiell
his Security both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to
Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the said Amy Luke in the Sum of twenty pounds ster
good and Lawfull mony of England of their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements
for the Use of the said Amy Luke her heirs or assigns Joyntly and Seperately to be made
and Levied for If default be made in the Condition hereunder written &c

                      The Condition of the above recognizance is such that if the above Bound Daniel
Luke do and Shall well and truely dureing the Servitude afd give of the afd Amy Luke
give her a years Schoolling and to Learn her to Knitt sew and Spin and Other houswifery
and Likewise find and provide for her dureing her Servitude afd meat drink washing Lodging
and Cloathing mete for Such a Servant to have and wear &.c    Then the above recognizance to be
void and of None Effect otherwise &c

 John Mercy son of John Mercy is bound by the Court unto Walter
Darby untill he arrives to the age of twenty One Years he being fifteen
Years of age the Sixteenth day of March ^next^ the Said John Mercy to Serve ye
             Said Walter Darby the full term of time afd Inconsideration of which service the
    Said Walter Darby undertakes to Learn the Said Jno Mercy the trade of a ^hous^ Carpenter and to
    Read well in the Bible and to write dureing his Servitude and at ye Expiration of his Servitude
    to give him a new Suit of Cloaths and a Sett of Carpenters Tooles and Likewise to provide
    for his said Servant meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing mete for Such a Servant
    to have and wear during his Servitude afd
                                                                               Thereupon Its Ordered by the Court that
