                      Att a Court of the Right honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces
    of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.c held at dividing Creek in the County afd
by his Said Lordships Commissioners and Justices of the peace the third tuesday of June being the
Eighteenth day of the Same month and in the thirteenth Year of his writ ^said Lordships^ Dominion annoq.r Dom 1725

          Proclamation being made in Usuall form the Sherr of Somersett County to
witt Francis Allen Gentleman makes Return of the Pannell of the Orphan Jury as Followeth vizt

                      And thereupon Proclamation being made by the Cryer according to Common form
the Jurors afd so as afd Impannelled being Severally Called Over by their Names do appear as
above and thereupon they are Sworn and Charged and Sent Out to Consider &.c soon after the
orphan Jurors afd being Impannelled Sworn and Charged as afd return into Court and Severally Called
over appear and being asked if they had agreed on any presentments Returned One against the reverend
Thomas Fletcher they being Content that the Court should amend form altering noe matter of Substance
in the said presentm.t which they found to be true and against the afd Thomas Fletcher so as afd
Presented it is ordered that Capias Issue Returnable to Next Court &.c  thereupon the afd Orphan Jury are
discharged &c

       Whereupon It's ordered by the Court that the Sherr of Somersett County Return a pannell
of Grand Jurors Immediately to Enquire for his Lordship the Lord proprietary for the body of
the County
                            Thereupon the said Sherr to witt Francis Allen Gentleman makes return of
a pannell of Grand Jurors as Followeth viz.t
