84 And whereupon the afd Hocken Hull Short being Solemnly Called Cometh not nor is his writt afd further Prosecuted Therefore it is Considered by the Court here the Ninteenth day of March Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Seven that the afd Hocken Hull Short and his pledges of Prosecuting be in mercy &.c And that the afd Thomas Billin goe thereof without day also it is Considered that the afd Thomas Billin Recover against the afd Hocken Hull Short his damages by occasion of 137 the premisses to One hundred & thirty Seven pounds of tobacco to the same Thomas by discretion of the Justices here at his request for his Costs and Charges in that part Expended according to the form of the Statute Lately made and provided ^by the Court here^ adjudged &c
Memorandm the Severall Writts belonging to the Severall actions above were Returned Cepi Corpus P the Sher and Entered agreed the Same Court &c
The two Last actions above were Entered agreed on March Court Tryall Dockett ann.o 1728
Ballard Executors of the same Charles Ballard Ought to recover the afd Eight hundred ^and ten^ pounds of tobacco against him and Costs of Suite which the Said plfts doth not gainsay &c Therefore it is Considered by the Court here the Ninteenth day of March Anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred and twenty Seven that the afd Elianor and Henry Ballard Executors as afd recover against the afd George Sockwell the Sum of Eight hundred ^and ten^ pounds of tobacco their damages afd in form afd Confessed as also the Sum of forty four pounds of |
