hath altogether Refused and Still doth Refuse whereby ye same William Holland and Eliz.a his
wife and W.m Ennalls Say they are the worse and have Damage to ye value of fifteen hundred
pounds of tob.o and thereof they bring this Suite &.c         And the Said W.m Holland and Eliza
his wife and Wm Ennalls Brings herein to Court the Letters Testamentary &.c by w.ch &c

personally appeared before me the                        Janry 10.th 1725         P W.m Ennalls Ex.rs
Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices
of the peace for Somersett County W.m Ennalls of Dorchester County Gent and one of
the Exrs of Col Thomas Ennalls Esq.r Late of Dorr County dec.d and made oath on ye holy
Evangelist of almighty God that ye above acc.t is a Just and true Copy from the Book of
the said Thomas Ennalls Dec.d                                                                  Jno Caldwell

          And the afd Tobias Burke by George Dashiel his attorney Comes and defends the force and Injury
when &.c and prays Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court and he hath it and the same day is
given to the afd plfts here also

          Att which said next Court to witt the twenty first day of June anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
and twenty Six Came againe as well the afd William Holland and Eliza his wife and William Ennalls
as the afd Tobias Burke by their attorneys afd and whereupon the said Tobias Burke by his said
attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereunto untill the Next Court and he hath it and the same day
is given to the afd Plfts here also

       Att which said next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of august anno Dom one thousand seven
hundred and twenty six Came againe as well the afd William Holland and Eliz.a his wife and William
Ennalls as the afd Tobias Burke by their attorneys afd; and whereupon ye said Tobias Burke
by his said attorney prays further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he
hath it and the same day is given to the afd Plfts here also

       Att which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of Novem Anno Dom one thousand
Seven hundred and twenty Six Came again as well the afd W.m Holland and Eliz.a his wife and
W.m Ennalls as the afd Tobias Burke by their attorneys afd and whereupon the said Tobias
Burke by his said attorney prays further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he
