45 Joseph Pemberton of Somersett County Gent Comes into Court in his proper person and refuseth to Practice the Law in said Court for the future &c Ordered by the Court that Joseph MccClester of Somersett County Gent be aded to a Commission to Examine Evidences in relation ^to the^ to the taking of Evidences for Bounds of Land on Behalfe of Peter Bodine in stead of a Certain Joseph Pemberton &c Ordered by the Court that Thomas Pointer be allowed for the future five hundred pounds of tobacco P year for keeping Abigail Bishop &c Ordered by the Court that ^Eliza Jackson be^ allowed the Year for the future as much tobacco in the County Levy as will buy her Cloaths
a certain John Shiles much misused as your petitioner conceives [without any Indenture or Instrument in writing that your Petitioner Can find or has been shewed by his said Pretended Master) under Pretence that your said Petitioners father disposed of him to the said Shiles his ancestors your petition therefore most humbly prays that your worships will Enquire into the premisses and Give your Petitioner such Reliefe in his case as to your worship's shall appear agreeable to Justices and your Petitioner shall pray Isaac Reynolds The Petition afd being read and heard and the primisses Consider'd and the said John Shiles present herein Court in his proper person discharges the said Isaac Reynolds from his service &c Therefore it is Considered that the afd Isaac reynolds from his service afd be acquitt &c
and twenty seven at the County and Parish afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court with force and armes One Jaw of a hogg Cutt into Bacon of the value of three shillings Curr.t money of Maryland of the proper goods and Chattells of a Certain Charles Low of the said County then and there being and found then and there feloniously |
