which to a Certain Thomas Fletcher in his Lordships County Court of Somersett at dividing Creek
were adjudged to the same Thomas for his damages which he had by Occasion of the nonperformance
of a Certain promise and assumption to the same Thomas by the afd William in his Life time made &
as for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that part Expended as also three hundred & Sixth
four Pounds of tobacco which to the same Thomas in the same Court were adjudged according to
the form of the Statute thereof made and provided for his Costs and Charges sustained by Occasion of
delay of Execution of the Judgmt afd of the afd John Blizard hath so much goods and Chattells which
of the afd W.m at the time of his death in his hands Remaining to be administred and if so much in his
hands he hath not than the Costs afd of the proper goods and Chattells of the said John Blizard to be Levied
and that he have the same before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett the third tuesday
of August then next to render the afd Thomas of his damages and Costs afd &c

Att which said third tuesday of August to witt the fifteenth day of the Same month anno Dom One thousand
Seven hundred and twenty Seven Comes the afd Thomas Fletcher by Levin Gale his attorney and the sherr of
Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof
to the Court here Endorsed viz.t  The Execution of this writt appears in a Certain shedule to the same
annexed                                          Fran: Allen sher

                A Schedule of the goods and Chattells of William Pepper Late of Somersett County dec.d in the
hands of John Blizard Ex.r of the Last will and testament of the same William for the Use of the
Reverend Thomas Fletcher and appraised by us the Subscribers given under Our hands and Seals
this 20.th day of July anno Dom 1727
