of the premisses afd upon him Imposed says that of the primisses afd upon him Imposed he is guilty thereof and is willing
to pay his fine for the fact afd   Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd George Horner Jun.r pay to his Said
Lordship toward defraying of ye County CHarge for his fine by the Court here upon him Imposed for and by occasion of the
premisses afd whereof in form afd he is Convict thirty shillings Currant money and that the said George Horner be taken to
Satisfie &.c  whereupon it is Ordered by the Court that the Said George Horner Junr give Security for the Several officers their
fees due by Means of the premisses afd thereupon a Certain George Horner of the County afd Sow.r undertakes for ye Said George
Horner Jun.r to pay the Severall Officers fees due by the Severall Officers their Occasion of the premisses afd &c

We of the Grand Jury now on our Oaths for the body of Somerset County do present Ann Carzey for bearing
a bastard Child of her body on the fourteenth day of February last past or thereabouts at the hous of
Robert Trueman in Coventry parish            Littleton Townsend Informer
                                                                 Wm Selby foreman
                      Thereupon Command was given to the Sher of Somerset County that he should take the Said An Carzey if &.c to
answer &.c  And afterwards in the Same Court Came the afd Ann Carzey in her proper and being by the sher Set to the
Bar is thereupon Instantly demanded how she would acquit herselfe of the premisses afd so as afd upon her Imposed
says that of the premisses afd above upon her Imposed she is Guilty thereof and make Oath that a Certain Hugh Doakes
Considered that the afd Margt Ann Carsey be whipt at the publick whiping post with fifteen Lashes on the Bare Back
well Laid on untill the Blood appear and then she be taken &c   thereupon as to the Corporall punishment afd Command
is Given to the Sher of Somerset County that he do thereof Immediate Execution according to the Judgmt afd Rendered by
whiping the afd Ann Carzey &c  and afterwards in the Same Court the sher Returnes that he has done the Exn of the
Judgmt afd &.c   whereupon it is ordered by the Court here that the afd Ann Carzey give Security for fees due by Occasion of
the promis afd afd  thereupon a Certain John Willson of the County afd Planter present herein Court undertakes for the
Said Ann Carzey to pay the Severall Officers their fees due by Occasion of the premisses afd &c

Whereas a Certain Andrew Willson of Somerset County Planter being bound by Recognizance ^last march Court^
in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterling to answer his Lordship on Suspicion of Forgery
and for his appearance at this Court &.c    also at the same day a Certain John Murray of the
County afd Undertook for the said Andrew Willson in the Sum of fifty pounds Ster for his appeareance
here at this day and Likewise to answer his said Lordship on Suspicion of Forgery as afd &c

    Now hereat this day to witt the sixteenth day of June One thousand seven hundred and thirty the afd And.w
Willson Altho' Solemnly Called Came not but makes default &c

          And the Said John Murry being Called to bring in the afd Andrew Willson according to the tenor of his
Recognizance afd Comes and prays further day till next Court to bring in the body of the Said Andrew Willson
which is Granted &.c    and in the mean while the Recognizance afd is Respitted till next Court &c

       Edward Roberts appears according to his Recognizance Entered into for his appearance and good behaviour this Court
       and is discharged paying the Severall Officers their fees &c
