 somersett ss     November Court One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Eight be it remembred
that on the third tuesday of November in that same term Came hereinto Court John Tunstall by
Levin Gale his attorney and Exhibited to the Justices of the Right honrble the Lord Proprietary
                         here his Certain Bill against Francis Allen Gent One of the attorneys of the Court of the right honrble the
       Lord Proprietary present here in Court in his proper person the tenor of which Bill Followeth in these words to the
       Justices (of the Right honrble the Lord Proprietary) of the Court here now held for the County of Somersett John
       Tunstall by Levin Gale his attorney Complaines of Francis Allen one of the attorneys of the said Court present
       herein Court in his proper person of a plea for that ^whereas^ the afd francis the tenth day of May anno Dom One thousand
       seven hundred and twenty Eight at somersett County within the Jurisdiction of this Court was Indebted unto the
       same John in the sum of fifty two pounds twelve shillings and two pence Currant money of Maryland for
       Divers books wares and Merchantdizes to him at his especiall Instance and request before that time
