& fraudulently Intending y.e s.d Philip in yt part Craftilly & Subtilly to deceive &
Defraud y.e s.d fourteen pounds fifteen Shill.s & Eleven Pence to y.e s.d Phillip
altho' y.e same to do y.e said James on y.e afd tenth day of May in y.e year afd &
