 This being an Action of trespass upon ye Case &.a  Wherein the
Sher of somrsett Co.ty to whom ye foregoing Writt in ye same
Action was directed Comes & Makes return thereof to ye Court
                   here Endorsed viz.t      Cepi Corpus   P John Purnell Sher
       Whereupon ye said Edward Adams being Called appears & thereupon ye said
Edward Adams at ye Prayer of ye afd Abraham Ingram by his attry Levin Gale
his attry afd is adjudged to Give Speciall Bail to ye Action afd      Thereupon
a Certain Patrick Kersey of Somrsett Co.ty Present herein Court undertakes for
ye said Edwd Adams y.t if in Case ye said Abraham Ingram Shall recover Judgm.t
in ye plea afd against ye said Edw.d Adams or yt ye said Edw.d Adams Shall be there
in Convict that then he ye said Edw.d Adams Shall Pay the Condemnation of ye Co.t
thereupon or render his Body to the Custody of ye sher of Somrsett Co.ty in Satisfaction
thereof or that he ye said Patrick Kersey will do it for him thereupon ye
Said Edw.d Adams by Fran Allen his attry appears & Imparles till Next Co.t &a
