239 viz.t Ignoramus William Selby foreman Whereupon the afd Charity Dredon Present Herein Court in her proper Person is discharged from her recognizance Entered into for her appearance at this Court and Ordered to Give Security for ye severall officers fees due by occasion of the premisses Thereupon a Certain Jn.o Dredon of somrsett County Planter Present here in Court undertakes for ye said Charity Dredon to pay the Severall officers their Fees due as afd &a
in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his said Lords In the sum of ^twenty^ ten pounds sterling good and Lawfull money of England of their goods and Chattells Lands and tenements to be seperately made and Levied to the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and successors if default be made in the Condition hereunder written The Condition of the above recognizance is Such that if the above bounden John Reding do & Shall make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next and answer unto his said Lordship Concerning all Such matters and things as shall be then and there objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe and stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereon and do not depart the Same Court without Lycence thereof then the above recognizance to be void and of None Effect Otherwise &c
the said Southy Whittington who refuses to sett your Petitioner at Liberty or to Come to an acco.t with your petitioner Therefore your petitioner humbly prays your worships will be pleased to Sett your Petitioner ^at Liberty^ or to Compell Southy Whittington to Come to an account with him and your petitioner as in duty bound will pray &c The Petition afd being read and heard and al and Singular the Severall Allegations as well on the Part of the petitioner as on the part of the said Southy Whittington who were both present in Court in their proper persons and mature deliberation thereupon had Wherefore it is Considered by the Court here that the afd John Olandman Return home into his masters Service and serve out his term of Servitude mentioned in his Indenture and further it is ordered that the said Southy Whittington Comply with his part of the Indenture to be performed &c |
