The following actions were Entered agreed on the tryall Dockett for M June Court ann.o 1729
as well a Certain Debt of One thousand of good Merchantable Porke which Hutton Hill in his Lordships County Court of Somersett before the Justices thereof at Dividing Creek recovered against him as two hundred and thirty one pounds of tobacco which to him the Same Hutton ion the Same Court recovered against him for his damages sustained by occasion of the detaining of the same Debt and that she have that mony before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of June then Next to satisfie the afd Hutton of his debt and damages afd whereof the same Jno is Convict &.c Att which said third tuesday of June to witt the Seventeenth day of the same month One thousand Seven hundred and Twenty Nine Came the afd Hutton Hill by francis Allen his attorney and the Sher of Somersett County made return of the afd Writt thereof Endorsed viz.t By Vertue of the within Writt I have Caused to be made of the goods and Chattles of the within Named John Bishop ye sum of five hundred pounds of pork and two hundred and thirty one pounds of tobacco as appears P schedule hereunto annexed as within Commanded Jn.o Purnall sher Here followeth a schedule of Goods and Chattells taken June 5.th 1729 By virtue of a fire facias that these presents are annexed unto appraised by the Subscribers as followeth To one Cow and Yearling @ 800 To one heifer two years old at 200 500 s porke To one heifer of 2 Years old at appraised by E Rownd W.m Morris Jno Parker Hen Trewett |
