       And the afd Hannah & John Horsey by Geo: Dashiell their attry Comes & Defends ye
force & Injury when &.c  And pray Leave to Imparle hereunto untill ye Next Court & they
have it & the Same Day is Given to the afd Plft here also

    Att which said next Court to witt the Seventeenth day of June Anno Dom One thousand Seven
hundred and twenty Nine Came again as well the afd Joseph Macclester by his attorney afd as
the afd Hannah and ^Jno^ Horseys by their attorney aforesaid and the said Hannah and John
by their said attorney as before defend the force and Injury when &.c and say that
they Cannot Gainsay the action afd of the afd Joseph nor but that they did assume upon
themselves in manner and form as the afd Joseph above against them hath Complained
and as to the damage of the same Joseph by him by Occasion of the premisses in that part
Sustained the same Hannah and John say and Confesseth that the afd Joseph ^has^ Sustained
Damage by Occasion of the premisses besides his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that
part apposed to One thousand Six hundred and Ninty two pounds of tobacco and noe more &
because the afd Joseph denys not this but the same allegation Confesseth to be true prays p
Judgment and those damages above Confessed together with his Costs and Charges afd to him adjudged

                Therefore it is Considered by Consent of the parties afd that the afd Joseph MccClester
Recover against the afd Hannah Horsey and John Horsey his damage afd to the afd one thousand six
hundred and Ninty two pounds of tobacco by the same Hannah and Jno in form afd Confessed as
also three hundred and forty Nine pounds of tobacco for his Costs and Charges afd to the Same Joseph
at his request by the Court here adjudged of the Consent of the parties afd ^ad^ Judged which Certain Damage
in ye whole do amount to two thousand and forty one pounds of tobo and ye afd defts in Mercy &c
