Justices of the County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then Next to satisfie unto John Hobard of Philadelphia Inholder as well of a certain Debt of twenty pounds Currt Lawfull mony of america which the Same John in the his Lordships County Court of Somersett before the Justices thereof recovered against him as three hundred and Eighty Seven pounds of tobacco which to the same John in the Same Court who were adjudged for his damages which he had by Occasion of that same debt whereof he is Convict &c Att which said third tuesday of March to witt the Eighteenth day of the same month ann.o Dom One thousand Seven hundred and Twenty Eight being the day of the Return of the said Writt Comes the said John Hobard by George Dashiell his attorney and the Sher of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the Court here in Endorsed viz.t Cepi Corpus P John Purnall sher Whereupon the afd Benjamin Sharpe in his Own proper person appears and thereupon the said Benjamin Sharpe at the prayer of the afd John Hobard by his attorney afd is Committed into the Custody of the said Sher thereto remain untill the afd John Hobard of the debt and damages afd should be thereof fully satisfied the said she to witt John Purnall Gent being present herein Court took Charge of the said Benja Sharpe accordingly &c
