with condition for the payment of fifty pounds Curr.t mony we do farther Certifie that we find there yett remains
due and unsatisfyed and unpaid unto the said William of the money in the Condition afd mentioned the Sum of
forty seven pounds fourteen shillings and four pence Curr.t mony of maryland which sum wee do award unto
the said William Horsey to be paid by the said Nathaniel in testimony whereof we have hereunto sett our

                                     Which being read and heard

                                                                                     Therefore it is Considered by the Court here that
the afd William Horsey Recover against the aforesaid Nathaniel Horsey forty seven pounds fourteen
Shillings and four pence Currant mony of Maryland his debt afd by the arbitrators afd in form afd found as
and his damages by occasion of the detaining of the Same Debt to four hundred & seventy Nine
pounds of tob.o to the Same William of his assent by the Court here adjudged and the afd deft in mercy &c

Hudson & Jn.o Holland all of Somrsett Co.ty Gent Greeting Know ye yt we
                    have appointed you or any three or two of you to be our Commissioners to Examine
       Evidences on behalfe of a Certain Will.m read in relation to the Bounds of a tract of Land in
S.t Martins Neck in ye Co.ty afd Called Jurners Hall Wee therefore require you or any three or
two of you yt at some time or place as to you or any three or two of you Shall Seem Convenient
you Mete on ye afd Land Called Turners Hall (you first haveing taken your Oath on ye Holy
Evangelist of almighty God According to Act of assembly in Such Case made & provided) & there
Cause to Come before you or any three or two of you all Such Evidences as Shall be to you or any
three or two of you Nominated by the said Complainent (or Deft if any) & that you Examine
them upon their Corporall Oaths to be by you or any three or two of you Administred on ye Holy
Evangelist of Almighty God in ye presents of ye Complanient (or Deft if any) touching ye truth
or remembrance of theire Knowledge or any thing that may relate to ye Cause afd & yt reduceing ye
Severall Depositions into Writing you send ye Same together within this our Commission under
your or any three or two of your Hands to us to our Co.ty Co.t of Somrsett with all Convenient
Speed Wittness Saml Hopkins Gent Chief Justice &a   on ye Backside of ye Commission it was thus Endorsed
viz.t The within named Jno Tingle & Jno Holland Sworn before me to ye Execution of ye within Comrs [illegible] ye tenth day of aprill

                      In Pursuance of a Commission Directed to Jn.o Smith, Jn.o Tingle Rich.d Hudson
        & Jn.o Holland all of Somrsett Co.ty to Examine Evidences in relation to ye Bounds of
    a tract of Land Called Turners Hall in ye tenour & Possession of Will.m read have Mett
on ye Said tract of Land this 15.th day of aprill 1729 and do Proceed to ye Examination of
Evidences as followeth

       Whereas John Onorton aged about fifty two years or thereabouts haveing first taken his
Oath on the Holy Evangelist of allmighty God he Deposeth thus &.a That Jn.o Miller ^sen.r^ Came
to ye House of ye Said Jno Onorton & ye Said Miller & ye Said Jno Onorton Walked from ye house
of ye Said Onorton to the head of a Creek & their ye Said Onorton Saw a tree and ye said Onorton
Asked ye Said Miller whose tree that was & ye Said Miller Land to ye Said but to ye said to ye said
Norton that it was Richard Mackelers tree & here ^he^ begun at that tree & so forth

             Jos: Wyatt aged about forty three years or thereabouts Sworn as abovesaid Deposeth
as followeth yt he ye Said Wyatt heard Thomas Bowden say that he heard John
Onorton say yt ye Bounder of W.m reeds Land Stood on ye head of rutty Branch Gutt and
so forth
