14 themselves to owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the Lord proprietary of this Province in the Sum of fifty pounds Sterr Each; of their goods & Chattells Lands and tenements Severly to be Levied for the use of the said Lord proprietary his heirs and successers if Default be made in the Condition thereunto annexed The Condition of w.ch Recognizance is Such that if the above Bound Dann.ll Burgin shall well and truly make his personall appearance before his Lordships Justices of the peace for Somersett County at a Court to be held at Dividing Creek in ye said County the third tuesday of June Next Ensuing the date hereof and then and there to answer unto his said Lordship Concerning all Such Matters and things as shall be then and there objected against him on his said Lordships behalfe and do Stand and abide ye Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and do not depart the Court without Leave thereof then this Recognizance to be void &.c Att which said third tuesday of June to witt ye twentieth day of ye same month Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty Seven Came the said Dann.ll Burgin hereinto Court & prays that his appearance may ^be^ Recorded to save himselfe and Security from ye above Recognizance of Bail &.c and for as much as noe person appeared to prosecute on behalfe of the Lord proprietary afd thereupon the afd Dann.ll Burgin's appearance is Recorded and He and his Security Accordingly Discharged &c
