130 of Stephen Coston Deceased & doe report thereon as follow's And also one Other Plantation of the said Costons in the Forrest To one Dwelling house 25 foot Long & 16 foott wide double Covered Indiferant good To one Kitchen 20 foot Long & 10 foot wide all Good To one Milk House 10 Foott Square Pritty old To one New Barn 30 Foot Long & 20 Wide a ten foot plank Floor at the End with a Shed 18 foot Long & 7 Foot wide New, To one old oven with an Indifferent Good House over it, To one Garden with old purchases Round it, To one apple orchad, To one peach orchad, To one quinch Orchad, To one Nussary of apple trees, to 243 pannels of old fence round both Ends & one Side of the Orchad 9 loggs to a Pannell, To 130 pannells of old fence pritty good Round the quinch orchad and Nussary, To 161 pannells of good old fence 10 Logs high round one side ^and one End^ of the Corn field, To 164 pannals of fence to Both Ends of the Pasture 7 Logs Hugh We do Value the abovesaid Plantation to be worth three pound Curr.t Mony P year Wittness our Hands Memorand.m of Stephen Costons plantation in the Forrest and What order they are in, To one Dwelling house 20 Foott Long and 15 Foot wide Planked above & Below New Double Covered Battined with Plank over the Mantle tree & one Closett Plankt & Battened on the foreside To 64 Pannels of Fence round one side & one End of the pasture but good for Little To 165 pannels of Fence Round ye House and Orchad 8 Logs to a pannell pritty Good in the Orchad Containing To 55 apple trees To 54 pannells of fence aCross a pointe of Woods into a beaver Damn five Loggs to a pannell almost New the abovesaid plantation we value to be worth twenty Shill.s P.r year as Wittness our Hands and Seal George Tull (seal) On the backside of the above Instrum.t of writing it was thus Endorsed viz.t W.m Handy (seal) I John Scott one of his the Justices of Somrsett Coty Court Doe Hereby Certifie that at ye request of Jno Harper I appointed the within Geo: Tull & W.m Handy to vein the within Plantations they being an Orphans Pursuant to an act of assembly in Such Case made & Likewise administer the Oath prescribed by ye said Act to ye said Geo: Tull & W.m Handy as Wittness my Hand this 22 day of August Ann.o Dom 1728 Jno Scott These are to Certifie that this day to witt the 26th of June Annoq.r Dom Seventeen Hundred twenty Eight W.m West as Deputy Coroner Came before me ye subscriber one of his Lordships ye Lord Proprietarys Justices of the peace for the Co.ty of Somrsett & took the Severall Oaths to the Goverment as appointed by Act of assembly & also Subscribed the oath of abjuration an test & also took an Oath well & truly to Execute ye office of Deputy Coroner for Somrsett County Given under my hand ye day & year above Written W.m Stoughton
