         Bond to
Eliz.a Geo: & Jno Booth
orphans of Jno Booth dec.d
    John Goddard Comes here into Court and offers to give Security for the

Estate of Eliz.a, George, and Jno Booth orphans of Jno Booth dec.d
    Whereupon the said John Goddard with Thomas Hobbs his security
                  both present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged themselves to Owe and
    Stand Justly Indebted unto the afd Elizabeth Booth, George Booth and Jno Booth orphans of
Jno Booth dec.d in the Sum of fifty four pounds Curr.t mony of their goods and Chattells Lands and
tenements Seperately to be made and Levied for the Use of the afd Eliz.a George and Jno Booth orphans
as afd their heirs or assignes if default be made in the Condition hereunder written

                   The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bound
John Goddard his heirs executors administrators or assigns do well and truly pay or Caus to be paid
unto the afd Eliz.a George and John Booth Orphans as afd their heirs or assignes the sum of
Twenty Seven pounds Currt mony in Equall Parts or Portions according to Law and appraismt when
they Shall arrive at full age to receive the Same &c then the above recognizance to be Void and
of None Effect Otherwise to remain in full force and virtue &c

    Thomas Goddard Comes here into Court in their his proper person and

Offers to give security for the Estate of Jane Booth orphan of
John Booth decd &c
                                                                  Thereupon the afd Thomas Goddard with Purnall
Johnson his Security both present herein Court in their proper persons acknowledged
themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto the afd Jane Booth orphan of the afd Jn.o
Booth dec.d in the Sum of Eighteen pounds Curr.t mony of their bodys goods or Chattells lands
or tenements Joyntly and Seperately to be made and Levied for the Use of the afd Jane
Booth her heirs or assigns if default be made in the Condition hereunder written

                The Condition of the above Recognizance is Such that if the above bound Thomas
Goddard his heirs executors administrators or assigns do well and faithfully pay or Cause to be
paid unto the afd Jane Booth orphan as abovesaid her heirs or assignes the full and Just
Sum of Nine pounds according to Law and appraisment when she shall arrive at full
age according to Law to receive the same then the above recognizance to be void otherwise &c

Ezekiell Claywell appointed Constable of Mattapony hundred in Stead of Joshua Sturges who
tooke the Severall Oaths appointed to the governm.t and Subscribed the Oath of abjuration
and test &c
