    The Condition of the above recognizance is Such that if the above bound David Dredon Shall Learn the
above said David Wood during his Servitude to Read and Write and trade of a Shoemaker and Tanner
and at the Expiration of Servitude give him a new Suite of Cloathes and Likewise find and provide
for his Said Servant during his Servitude Meat drink washing Lodging and Cloathing mete for Such
an apprentice to have and wear &c

 Mary Dukes widdow brings hereinto Court her son Jonathan Cooper and of his
one free Consent binds him an apprentice unto francis Lane of Somersett County
Marriner untill he arrives at the age of twenty One Years he being Sixteen
             Years of age the last Christmas the Said apprentice to Serve his Said Master his heirs
or assignes the full term of time afd his secrets keep Command Every way Lawfully doe

             In consideration of which Servitude the said francis Lane promiseth Covenanteth &
agreeth with the said Mary Dukes to learn his said apprentice during his servitude to read write &
Cypher and as much of Navigation as may be Sufficient to Navigate a vessell from one port to
An Other and to find and provide for his said apprentice during his Servitude meat drink washing
lodging and Cloathing mete for such an apprentice to have and wear &c

David Willson offers Robert Jones of Somersett County Gent.m as deputy Surveyor under him for
the County afd who is approved of he taking the Severall Appointed by Law to the Governm.t &c

                      Thereupon the said Robert Jones takes the Severall Oaths appointed by Law to the government
with the Oath of Surveyor and Subscribed the Oath of abjuration and test &c

of Jno Booth
Peter Sirman Comes here into Court and Offers here in Court to be Security for the
the Estate of Will.m Booth orphan of Jno Booth decd &c
        Whereupon the said Peter Sirman with William Sillivant his Security
both present here in Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted
unto the Said William Booth in the Sum of ^Eighteen^ Nine pounds Curr.t mony to be Levied of their bodys
goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of the said William Booth to be made in his heirs
or assigns if default be made in the Condition hereunder Written &c

                   The Condition of the above recognizance is Such that if the above Bound Peter Sirman
his heirs ^Exrs administrators^ or assigns do well and truely pay or Cause to be paid unto the afd William Booth his heirs
or assigns the full and Just Sum of Nine pounds Curr.t mony there being so much due to him from
the said decds Estate when he Shall arrive at full age to receive the Same to be paid according
to Appraism.t then the above recognizance to be void and of none Effect otherwise &c
