Isaac Beachamp
Chose his Guardiant
    To the worshipfull Court now sitting the Petition of Isaac Beachamp humbly sheweth
whereas your worships did order me and my Estate into my the hands of my
                      brother Thomas Williams tell at age according to Law for which I am well Contented and
thankfull for the same as in duty bound to Ever pray                  Isaac Beachamp

          Thereupon the said Isaac Beachamp prays that he may be admitted to make Chose of Thomas
Williams as his Guardian &c which is granted &c

             Whereupon the said Isaac Beachamp makes Chose of the Said Thomas Williams as
his Guardian &c


Jane Nutt Returned
to the County
     Joseph Venables of Somersett County Gent  Return's his Servant Women to
the County Court of Somersett Called Jane Nutt who was formerly Convicted of bearing
                         a molatto bastard Child by means whereof there accrews due to the County of Somersett
    Seven Years Service to be Compleat and Ended by the Said Jane Nutt &c

                   Whereupon the said Jane Nutt is Committed into the Custody of the Sherr of said County of
Somersett there to Remain till Sold for use of Said County &c thereupon the Said Sherr present took
Charge of the Same Jane Nutt accordingly

       And afterwards in the Same Court the same Jane Nutt is Sold unto a Certain Thomas Collier
his heirs or assignes for and dureing the term of Seven Years to Commence from the day of the date of
these presents to serve the said Thomas Collier in all Such Lawfull Service as he Should Employ her
in and about during the term afd      In Consideration whereof the said Thomas Collier is to pay
unto the Said County of Somersett Eighteen hundred pounds of tobo in the County Leavy &c


Edward Sirman
bound to Thos Ralph
     Peter Sirman Son of Edward Sirman dec.d is bound by the Court unto
Thomas Ralph untill he arrives to the age of twenty One Years he being ten
          Years of age next Aprill the Said Peter Sirman to serve the Said Thomas Ralph the full
term of time afd         In Consideration of which service the Said Thomas Ralph is to Learn him the
trade of a house Carpenter and to Read the Bible and to write and to give him a your heifer & bro
broad ax and a Suite of good wearing Cloths at the Expiration of his servitude &c

          Whereupon It's ordered by the Court that the said Thomas Ralph give Security for to Comply
with the Covenants afd   Thereupon the Said Thomas Ralph with Nicholas Evans his
security both present in Court acknowledged themselves to Owe and stand Justly Indebted unto
the said Peter Sirman in the sum of fifty pounds Sterr Each to be Levied upon ^their^ the Bodys goods
or Chattels Lands or tenements for the use of the Said Peter Sirman Joyntly & Severly In Case
