     Nathaniel Horsey
 This being an action of trespass upon the Case &c   Wherein the Sherr of Somersett County

to whom the Writt in the same action was directed Cometh & maketh Return thereof
to the Court here Endorsed in these words vizt  Cepi Corpus p Jos: MccClester Sherr
      Whereupon the said Nathaniel Horsey being Called appears and thereupon the said Nathaniel Horsey at the
    prayer of the plft by her attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd  Whereupon a Certain
    Revell Horsey of Somersett County planter present in Court undertakes for the Said Nathaniel Horsey that in
    Case the said Mary Martin Exrx as afd shall Recover Judgm.t in the plea afd against the said Nathaniell
    Horsey or that the said Nathaniel Horsey shall be therein Convict that then he the Said Nathaniel Horsey
    will pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or Render his body to the Custody of the Sherr of Somersett
    County in satisfaction thereof or that he the said Revell Horsey will do it for him thereupon the said Nathaniel
    Horsey by George Dashiell his attorney appears & Imparls till next Court &c

    be therein Convict that then he the said Jno Bishop shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or Render

 Memorand.m the Plft by Levin Gale her attorney Sued Out his Lordships WRitt of Scirefacias

against the deft the tenor whereof followeth in these words viz.t
Somersett County fs:  Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland
                                  and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &c  To the Sherr of Somersett County Greeting Whereas
    a Certain Robert Martin Lately in Our County Court of Somersett to witt on the twentieth day of august in the
    Eighth Year of Our Dominion &c Ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty three Before the Worshipfull
    Charles Ballard Gentl and his associates Then Justices of Our Said Court at dividing Creek and by
    Consideration of Our Same Court Recovered against a Certain Edmond Huggins Jun.r of Stepney Parish
    in Somersett County planter as well the sum of Eight hundred pounds and seventy four pounds of
    tobacco Certain damages as also the sum of seven hundred and fourteen pounds of tobacco which
