        Att which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of June Ann Dom one thousand seven hundred &
        twenty five Came again the Said Adam Hitch by his attorney afd and prays that the said Sherr may
        bring in the said Edward Johnson to answer &c but the Said Sherr altho' Solemnly Called to bring in
        the body of the said Edward Johnson according to his return of the writt in the plea afd Comes not
        but Makes default
                                              therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the same day & Year afd
       that the said Adam Hitch recover against Joseph MccClester Sherr for his default afd the Sum of
       Eighteen pounds three Shillings and two pence halfe penny Curr.t money Certain Damages by Occasion
