writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words
following viz.t      Attached in the hands of Joseph Brittingham full value p Francis Allen sher

       Whereupon the afd Joseph Brittingham Garnishee of the afd Thomas Brown in his own proper
person appears and sayth that he Cannot gainsay but that he hath of the Rights and Creditts of the sd
Thomas Brown to the value of Eleven hundred pence nor but that the same ought to be Condemned
to In his hands for the use of the said John Pope as of the rights and Creditts of the said Thomas
Brown which the said Plft doth not gainsay

                   Whereupon the said John Pope by his attorney afd prays that the afd Eleven hundred
pence so as aforesaid confessed by the afd Joseph Brittingham may be condemned as of the
rights and creditts of the Said Thomas Brown in the hands of the said Joseph Brittingham towards
satisfying unto the said John Pope his damages and Costs Recovered against the afd Thomas Brown
as also all costs accrewing upon the writt of attachment aforesaid &a

                Therefore it is considered by the Court that the afd Sum of Eleven hundred pence
aforesaid confesed be condemned in the hands of the said Joseph Brittingham toward as of the
rights and Creditts of the afd Thomas Brown towards Satisfying unto the said John Pope his damages
and Costs Recovered against the said Thomas Brown as also all cost accrewing upon the writt
of attachm.t afd and that the said John Pope have thereof his Execution against the said Jos:

somersett county in maryland Yeoman if he should be found in his Bailywick
and him should safe keep so that he might have his body before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somersett to be held at dividing Creek the third tuesday of June then Next to answer
unto Mary Kolluck, Simon, Hannah, Jacob, Jane, Magdalene Hester & Cornelias Kolluck Exrs of the
Last will & testam.t of Jacob Kolluck Late of Lewis in the Coty of Sussex upon
Delaware Merch.t dec.d of a plea yt he render unto them the sum of twenty five
pd.s Eleven Shill Lawfull Silver Money of america which from them he unjustly
