263 Att a Court of the Right honrble Charles absolute Lord and proprietary of the province of Maryland held at Dividing Creek for Somersett County the third tuesday of march being the twenty first day of the same month anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty six Came the said James Wannell here into Court in Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County into whose Custody was Committed for the Cause afd Thereupon it is Ordered by the Court that the said James Wannell be discharged from out of the Custody of the Sherr afd who held him by vertue of the Committmt afd &c Somersett County fs Be it Remembred that on the twenty Sixth day of Novem.r anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred and twenty six Hutton Hill personally appeared before me one of his Lordships the Lord proprietarys Justices of the peace for Somersett County and took the oaths to the Government appointed by act of assembly and subscribed the test and oath of abjuration and also tooke the Oath of under Sher under M.r Francis Allen high Sherr In testimony whereof Ive sett my hand and Seal the day and year afd Jno Scott (Seal) The Court adjourns untill the third Tuesday of August Next Anno Dom 1727 |
