Ann.o Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty six that the afd Andw Scott
Recover against the afd James Scott as well the Sum of three pounds Eight shilling
and nine pence Currt money his damages afd by the Justices afd in form afd assessed as
also the Sum of Two hundred and Twenty Six                  pounds of tobacco for his
Costs and Charges to the Same plft by the Court here of by his assent adjudged and the afd
Defend.t in mercy &c

       Whereupon the afd James Scott by his attorney afd prays the Court that according
to act of assembly in Such Case made and provided they may dissolve themselves into
a Court of Chancery and hear and determine the action afd in the plea afd according to
the meritts thereof which is granted &.c    And because the Court here of their Judgmt of
and upon the premisses to render as yett will advise day is therefore given unto the
partys afd untill the next Court of hearing thereof their Judgmt &.c for that the Court here
thereof as yett &c

Att which said ^next^ Court to witt the Sixteenth day of August anno Dom One thousand seven
hundred and twenty Six Came again as well the afd Plft as the afd Deft by their attorneys
afd and because the Court here of their Judgm.t of and upon the premisses to render as
yett will advise further day thereof is given the partys afd untill next Court of their
Judgm.t of and upon the premisses to hear &.c for that the Court here thereof as yett &.c

       Att which said next Court to witt the fifteenth day of Novem Anno Dom One
thousand Seven hundred and twenty Six Came againe as well the afd plft as the afd
attorney Deft by their attorneys and hereupon all and Singular the premisses by the
Court being seen and heard as well on the part of the afd Deft as on the part of the Same
plft and mature deliberation thereupon had   Wherefore it is decreed and Considered
by the Court that the former Judgm.t for the Damages and Costs of Suite therein mentioned
Recovered against the afd James Scott be affirmed and that the Said Andw Scott ^likewise^ recover
against the afd James Scott the Sum of One hundred and forty four                  pounds of
tob.o by the Same Court here paid unto him for his Costs and Charges by him about his defence
^in this pt^ adjudged &c

attached to answer unto Joseph MccClester of a plea of trespass upon
the Case &c    And whereupon the Same Joseph by Levin Gale his attorney
