four hundred & forty pd.s of tob.o as also that he pay unto the said John Gowen another of ye partys deprived
four fould of the value of the goods mentioned in the Indictm.t from him to be stolen amounting in the
whole to two hundred & Ninty Six pd.s of tob.o Likewise that he pay unto ye sd Palatiah Whittemore the
other of the party's deprived four fould of the value of the goods mentioned in the Indictm.t from him
to be Stolen amounting in the whole to three hundred & forty four pd.s of tob.o (the afd Boat goods &
Chattells being by the Court valued According to Law as afd) & that the afd Rich.d Gore be whipt with
five Lashes on the Bare Back well Laid on untill the Blood appears & that he stand in the Pillowry
a quarter of an hour & that he be taken &.c & thereupon to the Corporall Punishment afd Command
is given to the Sherr of Somrsett County that he do thereof Immediate Execution according to the Judgm.t afd
render by whiping the afd Rich.d Gore at the Publick whiping post with five Lashes on the Bare Back
well Laid on untill the Blood appear & by sitting him in the Pillowry a quarter of an hour afterwards
in the same Court the Sherr returns that he has done the Execution of the Judgm.t afd as to the Corporall
Punishment afd he was Commanded      Whereupon Hugh Porter master of the afd Richard Gore
undertakes to deliver the said Richard Gore up to the County Court or Sherr of the Said County at
the Expiration of the his Servitude afd to reemburst the four fould and fees due to the Severall
Officers due by means of the premisses afd &c

Sarah a negro girle of Edward Roberts is adjudged by the Court to thirteen Years of age this term &.a

Jack a negro Boy of Michael Roach is adjudged by the Court to seven Years of age this term &.c

Sue a negro girle of Ditto is adjudged by the Court to the age of thirteen years this term &c

Tom a negro Boy Belonging to David Polk is adjudged by the Court to twelve Years of age this term

Attey a negro Boy of Ditto is Adjudged by the Court to the age of ten Years this term &a

    Prince a negro Boy of Nat Horsey is adjudged by the Court to thirteen Years of age this term &a

Hannah a negro Girle of Ditto is adjudged to ten Years this term &a

Tarrah a negro Girle of Ditto is adjudged to Nine Years of age this term &c

of the Subscriber prayeth that your worships would be pleased to grant
me an Order for selling the bounds of a Certain tract of Land in the possession of the Subscriber
Called Coxes Choice of three hundred acres and your petitioner as in duty Bound

                   The petition afd being read and heard and the premisses Considered.   It is
therefored Ordered by the Court that a Commission Issue to the afd John Magee as by the
petition afd is praid and that and Ebenezer Handy, John Roach, John Disharoon and
