assignes the full and Just Sum of Ninety two pd.s five shillings and three pence three farthings Curr mony
being due to ^them^ from the said dec.ds Estate to be paid them according to Law & the will of y.e s.d dec.ds &c
then the above Obligation to be void and of none Effect otherwise to stand & remain in full force

Command was given to the Sherr of Somersett County that of the goods &
Chattells which were of John Tayler late of Somersett County planter al.s dict
John Tayler Sen.r of Somersett County Planter being in his Bailywick he
             Should make as well a Certain Debt of One thousand Nine hundred and Ninty Six pounds
of tobacco which Benjamin Wailes recovered against him before the Justices of his Lordships County of
Somersett held at Dividing Creek as three hundred and seventeen pounds of tobo which to the same
Benjamin in the Same Court were adjudged for his Costs and damages which he had by occasion of the
detaining that same Debt and when he had the Same made or any part thereof he Should the
same safe Keep so that he might have the same before the Justices of his Lordships County Court
of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek afd the third tuesday of August then next to satisfie unto
the afd Benjamin his debt & Costs afd & have you then & there his writt Wittness &c

          Att which said third tuesday of August to witt the Sixteenth day of the Same month anno Dom
One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Six Being the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh the
said Benja Wailes and the Sherr of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise
Cometh and maketh return thereof Endorsed vizt By Vertue of the within Writt to me Directed
I Have Levyed of ye goods & Chattles of ye within Named Jno Tayler Sundry goods & Chattles
Mentioned & appraised as in a Schedule hereunto annexed appears to Eight hundred Eighty five
pounds of Tob.o which goods I Have ready to Deliver to ye within Named Benj.a Wailes in part
of ye Debt last within Mentioned & I do further Certifie yt ye Said John Hath not any more goods
& Chattles in my Bailywick whereon I can Levy ye Residue so answers    F Fral Allen sher

    An Inventory of the goods appraised by us the Subscribers vizt

To 1 Ditto                 50      at 10d pr
To 1 fine Carved Chest      at
