Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty six Came again as well the afd James Dickenson
as the afd Philip Tayler by their attorneys afd and the said Philip Tayler by his said attorney
prays Further Leave to Imparle hereunto untill the next Court and he hath it and the same day
is given to the afd Plft also          Att which said Next Court to witt the Sixteenth day of august
Anno Dom One thousand seven hundred and twenty Six Came again as well the afd James Dickenson
as the afd Philip Tayler by their attorneys afd and whereupon the same Philip Tayler
says that he Cannot gainsay the plft his action afd nor Can he Say but that the afd Plft ought
to recover his damages by occasion of the premisses afd to five hundred pounds of tob.o and Costs of
Suite against him which the Said plft doth not gainsay &c

                Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the Same day and Year Last mentioned
that the afd James Dickenson Recover against the afd Philip Tayler as well the Sum of five hundred
pounds of tobo his Damages afd in form afd Confesed as also the Sum of Two hundred and thirty
(234)   four         pounds of tobo for his Costs and Charges by him about his suite in that part Expended
to the Same Plft by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the afd deft in Mercy &c

    Command was given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he
Should take Thomas Billin late of Somersett County mariner
al.s dicts Thomas Bellin of Somersett County in the province abovesaid
Mariner if he Should be found in his bailywick and him should safe Keep so that he might
have his body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing
Creek the third tuesday of March then Next to answer unto William Stephens Howard of a plea that
he render unto him thirteen pounds Eight Shillings and four pence Currant mony of this province
which to him he Owes and from him he unjustly detaines &c and that thereof he Should not fail &c

    Att which said third tuesday of march to witt the fifteenth day of the Same month ann.o Dom
one thousand Seven hundred and twenty five being the day of the return of the said writt Cometh the
Said William Stephens Howard by Levin Gale his attorney and the Sherr of Somersett County to
whom the writt in the Same action was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh return thereof to the
Court here Endorsed viz.t Cepi Corpus P Francis Allen Sherr

                Whereupon the said Sherr altho' Solemnly Called brings not in the body of the afd Thomas
Billin according to the return of the writt in the plea afd but prays Further day untill next Court to
bring in the Body of the said Thomas Billin and he hath it and the Same day is given to the afd
Plft also          Att which Said next Court to witt the Twenty first day of June ann.o Dom One
Thousand Seven hundred and twenty six Came againe as well the said William Stephens Howard by
his attorney afd as the Sherr of Somersett County and the Said Sherr altho' solemnly Called brings
not in the body of the Said Thomas Billin to answer &c thereupon at the prayer of the said
                                                                                                                         Sherr
