161 abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and not to depart the Same Court without Lycence thereof &c
Securitys from the above recognizance of Bail Entered into as afd whereupon the afd John Youngs appearance is recorded and he accordingly discharged Thereupon it is ordered by the Court that the afd John Young give new recognizance with two securitys for his good Behaviour and appearance at November Court Next &c Whereupon the said John Young Present in Court acknowledged himselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the right honrble the Lord proprietary his heirs and Successors in the Sum of ten pounds Sterr to be Levied upon his Body goods or Chattells lands or tenements for the Use of his Said Lordship In Case the he doth not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of Novem Next to answer unto unto his said Lordship Concerning what shall be Objected against him on his Lordships behalfe and to Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court thereupon and not to depart the same Court without Lycence thereof an din the mean time to be of the good behaviour to all his Lordships Leige People and more Especially to W.m Turpin &c Likewise a Certain Daniel Maddox and Richard Waters both of Somersett County Present here in Court in their proper persons acknowledged himselfe to Owe and Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the right honrble the Lord proprietary his heirs and successors in the sum of five pounds sterr Each to be Levied upon their bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenemts ^Joyntly & severally^ for the Use of his Said Lord In Case the afd John Young do not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of ^Somersett^ to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of Novem then Next to do and receive what Shall be then and there Enjoyed by the Court and not to depart without Lycence of the ^same^ Court and in the mean time to be of the good behaviour to all his Lordships Leige people and more Especially to the afd William Turpin &c John Kellum and John White appears according to their Recognizance Entered into to give Evidence ag.t a Certain Thomas Davis and Negro Jacob and are accordingly discharged therefrom &c
