Citihen & Quarter almost past mending the fencing mostly olde & Little of itt y.e orchard much decayed
and we think that there is Land Enough already Cleard propotionable to the primises so that upon
the whole we are of oppinon that the yearly Rent is to be seven hundred pounds of tob.o in Wittness hereof

Philip Covington and Thomas Gillis of Somersett County Gent makes Report to this Court that
they are of Oppinion that the Road turned by William Alexanders of said County which they
were appointed to view is not Sufficient &c

Ordered by the Court that Jones Records be overseer and Clear a road from his own house to the
head of the Indian Town Creek &c

Att the Prayer of Levin Gale Clerk of the Indictm.ts for Somersett County Court
that a Certain Isaiah Bredall of the County afd may be brought into Court to answer
his falce Packing of Pork &ca    Whereupon it is Ordered by the Court that the Sherr
of Somersett County Bring the afd Isaiah Bredall into Court to answer &.c and afterwards in the Same
Court Came the said Sher Isaiah Bredall in Custody of the Sherr; and Whereupon it is ordered by the
Court that the Said Isaiah Bredall give recognizance in twenty pounds Sterr for his appearance at
next Court to be holden for the County afd the third tuesday of November Next to answer &c

            Thereupon the afd Isaiah Bredall present in Court acknowledged himselfe to Owe and
Stand Justly Indebted unto his Lordship the right honrble the Lord proprietary of this province
his heirs and Successors in the Sum of twenty pounds Sterr to be Levied upon his Body goods or
Chattells Lands or tenements for the Use of his Said Lordship the Lord proprietary his heirs and
Successors   In Case he doth not make his personall appearance before the Justices of his Said
Lordships County Court of Somersett ^to be held at Dividing^ the third tuesday of November Next to answer unto his Lordship
Concerning his falce packing of Pork afd and to Stand and abide the Judgm.t of the Court
thereupon and not to depart the Same Court without Lycence thereof &c

Relation to y.e Bounds of a tract of Land Lying in Somrsett County Called Castle haven &c
We therefore require you or any three or two of you that at some time & place as to you
or any three or two of you shall seem Conveniant you meet on y.e afd Land Called Castle
haven & there Cause to Come before you or any three or two of you all such Evedences as
shall be to you or any three or two of you Nominated by y.e s.d Complainant (or Deft if any)
and that you Examine them upon their Corporall Oaths to be by you or any three or two
