John Jones and Thomas Dashiell of Somersett County Gent were appointed by the Court
to repraise the Estate of the Said orphans to him &c

two thousand Six hundred & thirty four pounds of Tob.o which Sum
was recovered ag.t Jno Barkley on ye fifteenth day of March one
                            thousand Seven hundred & twenty five in Somrsett County Court ye
       Said two thousand Six hundred & thirty four pounds of Tob.o to be Levyed of
       your Bodies goods or Chattles Lands or Tenements for ye use of ye Said Joseph
       McClester in Case ye Said Jno Barkley Shall not pay & Satisfie to ye s.d Joseph
       McClester ye Said two thousand Six Hundred & thirty four pounds of tob.o so as afd
       recovered ag.t him with ye additional Cost thereon on ye tenth day of November
       Next         Taken before us ye Subscribers two of his Lordships Justices for Somrsett
       County ye twenty third day of June Anno Dom One thousand Seven hundred

 Somersett fs       Be it Remembred that this day to witt the twenty Second day of June
Ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty Six Came into Somersett County
Court Levin Gale Clk of the Indictments for the Said County and for the Lord proprietary
       gives the Court to understand and be inform'd that Patrick Burn Late of Somersett County
       planter the tenth day of June ann Dom One thousand Seven hundred and twenty five at the County
       afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court did Committ fornication with a Certain Catherine Kelley against
       the Peace &c and also against the form of the act of assembly in Such Case made &c wherefore ye said
       Levin for ye said Lord Proprietary prays advisement of the Court here &c    L Gale P Dom Propry

             Thereupon Command is given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he Should take the afd Patrick
       Burn if &c to answer &c and afterwards in the Same Court Comes the Said Patrick Burn in his proper
       person and defendeth the force and Injury when &c and prays hearing of the Information afd and
       it is Read unto him &c which being Read and heard the same Patrick saith that he is in noewise
       guilty of the premisses above Imposed upon him against the form of the act of assembly afd as
       ye Same Levin Gale who as well ^&c ^ by his Information above Supposed and of this he putts himselfe
       upon the Country and the Same Levin Gale who as well &c Likewise
       Wherefore it is Considered by the Justices here that the afd Patrick Burn be discharged from the
       Information afd and that ye Said Levin Gale do no further ^therein^ prosecute   It's Likewise ordered that
       the Said Pat Burn give Security for Fees &c  thereupon a Certain Alexd Hall undertakes to pay the Severall
       officers their fees due by occasion of the premisses afd &c
