        form as the afd John Donelson who as well and &c   above against him hath Complained

Thereupon Command is given to the sherr of Somersett County that Immediately he Cause to Come here
&c by whom &c who Neither &c to recognize &c because as well &c of which said Preceipt the Said Sherr
to witt Fran Allen Gent Now hereat to twitt this fifteenth day of march anno Dom One thousand seven
hundred and twenty five makes Return that he hath here ready twelve &c as by his said Preceipt
he was Commanded and now here afterwards to witt the Same day and year Came againe as well the said
Plfts as the afd deft by their attorneys afd and the Jurors of that Jury therein Impannelled being
Called Come to witt Charles Cottingham, John Waters, Stephen Horsey, Peter Frazer Mosses Duskey, Dan.l
Maddox, Francis Lancake James Jones, Jno Shills David Huttson, John Aydelott, Jno Townsend
Jun.r who being duly Elected tryed and Sworn to Say the truth in the premisses afd upon their oath
do Say that the afd Abraham Cordery doth not Owe to the Right honrble the Lord proprietary and
the afd Jn.o Donelson who as well &c the afd fifteen thousand pounds of tobo nor any Part thereof
in manner and form as the afd Jn.o who as well &c above against him hath Complained &c

             Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the Same day and year Last mentioned
that the afd Jno Donelson who as well &c take nothing by his writt and decl.n afd but
be in Mercy for his falce Clamour and that the afd Abraham Cordery goe thereof without day
&c

      This being an action of trespass upon the Case &c wherein the sherr
of Somersett to whom the writt in the Same action was directed Cometh
and maketh Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words
vizt                                           Cepi Corpus p Fran: Allen Sherr
                   Whereupon the Said Tobias Burke being Called Appears and thereupon the Said
Tobias Burk at the prayer of the Plfts attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd
thereupon George Dashiell of Somersett County Gent present herein Court undertakes for the
Tobias Burke that if in Case the Said W.m Holland Etuxor and W.m Ennalls Executors afd shall
Recover Judgmt in the plea afd against the afd against the Tobias Burk or that the Said Tobias Burke
Shall be therein Convict that then he the Said Tobias Burke Shall Shall pay the Condemnation of
the Court thereupon or Render his Body to the Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County in
satisfaction thereof or that ye said George Dashiell will do it for him &c
Thereupon the Said Tobias Burke p George Dashiell his attorney appears and Imparles till next Cot
