       Somersett County fs
                                        Att a Court (of the Right honourable Charles absolute Lord and proprietary
       of the provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord Baron of Baltemore &.c) held by his said Lordships
Commissioners and Justices of the Peace for the County afd at dividing Creek the third tuesday of march
being the sixteenth day of the same month in the Ninth year of his said Lordships dominion &c   ann

Nathaniel Horsey
This being an action of trespass upon the Case &c  wherein the Sherr of Somersett

County to whom the writt in the same action was directed Cometh and maketh
                   Return thereof Endorsed in these words vizt   Cepi Corpus P Jos:  MccClester Sher
    Whereupon the said Nathaniel Horsey in his own proper person appears and thereupon the
said Nathaniel Horsey at the prayer of the plfts attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the
Action afd   thereupon a Certain Robert Ware of Somersett County planter Present here in Court undertakes
for the said Nathaniel Horse that in Case the said Robert Martin shall Recover Judgm.t against
the said Nathaniel Horsey in the plea afd or that the Said Nathaniel Horsey shall be therein Convict that
then he the Said Nathaniel Horsey shall pay the Condemnation of the Court ^thereupon^ or Render his body to the
Custody of the Sherr of Somersett County in satisfaction thereof or that he the said Robert Were will do
it for him   thereupon the said Nathaniel Horsey appears and Imparls till next Court by George
Dashiell his attorney &c

Memorandum the plft sued out his Lordships writt ^of attachmt^ against the defendt the

tenor whereof followeth in these words viz.t  Somersett County fs  Charles
absolute Lord and proprietary of the provinces of Maryland and avalon Lord
                               Baron of Baltemore &c   To the Sherr of Somersett County Greeting we Command
you that you attach any the goods Chattells Rights or Creditts of William King Late of Stepney Parish
in Somersett County merch.t to the value of four pounds four Shillings and seven pence halfe penney
and four hundred & ten pounds of tobacco and when you have the same attached or any part thereof the
same in your Custody safe Keep so that you have the same before the Justices of our County Court to be
at Dividing Creek in Somersett County afd the third tuesday of march next then and there to be Condemned
according to act of assembly to and for the use of a Certain George unless the Said Will
