        the Premises afd Beyound his Costs and Charges by him about his Suite in this Behalfe Laid Out and
        Expended to one pound sixteen shillings and nine Pence Curr.t mony of Maryland
                            Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the Nineteenth day of march Ann Dom one thousand
       seven hundred and twenty two that the Said Richard Tiler recover against the said Joseph Pemberton as
       well the sum of One pound Sixteen Shillings and Nine Pence Curr.t mony of Maryland his damages by
       by occasion of the Premisses afd in form afd assessed as also the sum of Two hundred and forty
2..40 Costs                                                         pounds of tobacco by the Court here adjudged unto him for
       his Costs and Charges by him about his suite in this Behalfe Laid out and Expended and the
             Deft in mercy &c

Command was given to the Sherr of Somrsett County that he should take Henry Bishop ^of^ all hollows
Parish in the County of Somrsett Planter [illegible] Henry Bishop of Somrsett County Planter if he
should be found in his Baliwick and him should Safe Keep so that he might have his Body Before
             the Justices of his Lordships County Court of Somrsett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of march then
       next to answer unto Christopher Glass of a plea that he render unto him Eight pounds Nine shillings and seven pence
       Curr.t mony of this Province which to him he Owes and unjustly detains &c                     and that thereof he should
       not fail &c   And whereupon the said Christopher Grass by francis Allen his attorney Complains that whereas
       the said Henry the twenty third day of January one thousand seven hundred and twenty two at ye Parish and Coty
       afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court by his Certain Writing Obligatory which the said Christopher with the seale
       of the said Henry signed here into Court Brings the date whereof is the same day and year did acknowledge himselfe
       to be Bound unto the afd Christopher in the afd Eight Pounds Nine Shillings and seven pence to be paid unto the
       Said Christopher when he should be thereunto required yett the said Henry tho' often required the said Eight
       pounds nine shillings and seven pence to the said Christopher hath not rendered but the same hitherto to render
       hath denyed and still doth deny and unjustly detaines to the damage of ye said Christopher of sixteen pounds of
      
mony afd and thereupon he Brings Suite &.c Allen P Q Pledge &.c Jno Do R Roe
          Att which said third tuesday of march to witt the Nineteenth day of the same Month ann Dom One thousand seven
       hundred and twenty two Being the day of the return of the said Writt Comes the said Christopher Glass by his attorney
       afd and the Sherr of Somrsett County to whom the foregoing writt was directed Likewise Comes and makes return
       thereof to ye Court here Endorst vizt Cepie P me Jos M.ccChester Sherr
                   Whereupon the said Henry Bishop Being Called appears and thereupon the said Henry Bishop at the prayer
       of the plts attorney afd is adjudged to give Special Bail to the action afd thereupon a Certain Thomas
       Robins and John Bishop Jun of Somrsett County Planter Present herein Court undertakes for the said Henry
       Bishop that in Case the said Christopher Glass shall recover Judgm.t in the plea afd against the said Henry
       Bishop or that the said Henry Bishop shall be therein Convict that then he the said Henry Bishop shall
       Pay the Condemnation of ye Court thereupon or render his Body to ye Custody of the sherr of Sommersett County
       in Satisfaction thereof or that they they said Thomas Robins and John Bishop Jun.r will do it for him
                      Whereupon the said Henry Bishop in his Own Proper Person Comes and defends the force and Injury
