    whatsoever between them to the Time of the submission afd in Wittness whereof wee have hereunto put
    Our hands and seals the seventeenth day of august One thousand seven hundred and twenty three

                                                          It's Thereupon ruld by the Court that here this Eighteenth day of
    June Ann Dom One Thousand seven hundred and twenty three that the said Alex.d Carlyle pay unto
the afd John Jones the sume of two hundred & sixty four pounds of tobo the Costs of Suite mentioned in the
award afd that the said John Jones recovered against the said Alexander Carlyle as also the sume
of sixty Eight pounds of tob.o Costs accrueing upon the award afd &c


Ordered by the Court that Thomas Langford pay unto Sarah Jefferson the sum of sixty pounds of tobacco being due
unto her for her attendance two days as an Evidence on Behalfe of the Lord Proprietary against the said Thomas
Langford she haveing made Oath to the same &c

Ordered by the Court that Edmond Hough pay unto William Lane, John Dennis Sener, John Dennis Jnr and
John Webb the sum of three hundred and Ninty pounds of tobo Each being due unto them each for their attandance
thirteen days Each as Evidences on Behalfe of the said Edmond Hough against Thomas Drummond and Mary his
wife Exrx of Jn.o Griffith &c                                        they having made Oath to the same

Ordered by the Court that Edmond Hough pay unto Donock Dennis the sum of two hundred and ten pounds of tobacco
being due unto him for his attendance seven days for the said Edmond Hough as Evidence against Thomas
Drummond and Mary his wife Exrx of Jn.o Griffith he having made Oath to the same &c

Ordered by the Court that Edmond Hough pay unto Robert Mitchell the sum of two hundred and forty pounds
of tobacco being due unto him for his attendance as an Evidence on behalfe of the said Edmond Hough Eight days
against the said Thomas Drummond and Mary his wife Exrx of Jn.o Griffith he having made Oath to the same &c
