June Court                   1723                59
    Content and altho' the said Robert Pitts two thousand four hundred and fifty pounds of tobacco Pcell
    of the afd four thousand one hundred and Ninty three pounds of tobacco to the said Robert Martin he
    hath satisfied and paid Yett as to one thousand seven hundred and forty three pounds of tobacco residue
    of the afd four thousand one hundred and Ninty three pounds of tobacco the said Robert Pitts his promise
    and assumption afd in form afd made Little regarding but Plotting and fraudulently Intending the
    said Robert Martin in that Part Craftilly and Subtilly to deceive and defraud the afd One thousand
    seven hundred and forty three pounds of tobacco to the said Robert Martin he hath not paid or
    to him for the same in any wise Contented altho' the same to do the same Robert Pitts by the same
    Robert Martin on the first day of December in the year afd and often afterwards at the County and
    Parish afd within the Jurisdiction afd he was thereunto requested but the same to him to pay or
    or in any wise to Content hath refused and still doth refuse and deny whereupon the said Robert
    Martin saith he is worse and hath Damage to the value of three thousand four hundred Eighty Eight
