Errors Excepted P me Will.m Balithoe
And the said Andrew Thompson by William Tazewell his attorney Comes and Defends the force & Injury
when &.c And prays Leave to Imparl hereunto untill the Next Court and he hath it and the same
day is given to the plantiff also
    At w:ch said Next Court   To witt the               day of Nov.r Anno Dom one thousand seven hundred
    and Twenty Two Come again the Same parties by these Attorneys afs.d and the said Defendant by his
Said Attorney prays further leave to Imparle hereunto unto the next Court and he hath it and same
Day is given to the plantiff also                        At which Said next Court To witt the thirtieth day of
Aprill Anno Dom one thousand Seven hundred and Twenty three Comes again the said parties by their
Attorneys afsd  And the Said Defendent by his Said Attorney as before Defends the force & Injury &.c
And the same Attorney Saith that he is not Informed by the Said Andrew Thompson his Clyant of anything
to answer for him the said Andrew in barr or Avoidance of the Action afs.d of her the S.d Mary Balithoe
Adm.rs as afs.d  But Exhibitts to the Court here the following Acc.t against the afs.d Will:m Balithoe Deced
And prays that the Same may be Allowed of in But of the said William's Acc.t So as afs.d against him brought

                    To money Lent him to buy bread
                    To 16 Gall.s rum @ 22d
                    To paid M.r Morris for 8 of the goods
                    Charg'd in M.r Bolisthos Acc.t

Whereupon the Said parties Plant & Defd by their Attorneys afs.d humbly prays the Justices
here To Assess the Damages ^of the sd Mary^ by Occation of the premises afs.d thereupon the Justicves having Inspected
the acct.s afs.d of both plaint & Defend.t and Duly Considered the premises do say that the said Mary
Balithoe Adm.rx as afs.d hath sustained no Damages by occasion of the premises afs.d &.c
                Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the thirtieth Day of aprill Anno Dom One
thousand Seven hundred and Twenty three afs.d  That the said Mary Balithoe Adm.rx of the afs.d William
Balithoe take nothing by her writt afs.d butt be in Mercy for her false Claimans and that the said
Andrew Thompson go thereof without Day &.c
