On the Back of the foregoeing Bill it was thus Endorsed    Ignoramus   W.m Lane foreman
          thereupon the said Alice Oats is discharged from her recognizance afd & ordered to give Security
for fees due by meanes of the premisses afd thereupon the afd Peter Fitzgerrall present here in Court
undertakes for the said Alice Oats to pay all the fees due by occasion of the premisses afd
    Upon the prayer of the afd alice Oats She was Cleared by Proclamation in Usuall form &c

       Robert Martin of Somersett County Gentl brings a Servant Boy into this Court Names John Callanane
who was Imported into this Country in the Sloop Called John of Doublin a Certain John Videll Master thereupon
the said Robert Martin prays the ^Judgm.t of the^ Court in relation to the age of the said John Callanane
       Whereupon the Court are of Opinion and do adjudge the said John Callanane to be of the age of fifteen
years &c

  Petn

     To the worshipfull Justices of Somersett County in Court Sitting the humble Petition of
John Onorton humbly sheweth      That your Petitioner being Seated on the Indian
          River near the sea shore and the main Road some time past went through your petitioners Land
to the Inlett which was then foardable but since by the Late great Stormes rendered unpassable and
a new Road by your Worships order Cleared round the head of the Indian River by means of which the old
Road is become useless Yett not withstanding divers Ill Neighbours presueing of the Liberty of the old road
do Continually Molest and damnifie your petition by throwing down your petitioners fenceing Round his
Inclosures your Petitioner humbly Craves a redress of his greivances by such suitable Means as your not
worships wisdoms shall seem most Convenient and your Petitioner as in duty bound shall pray
                         the petition afd being read & heard & the premisses Considered      It's Ordered by the Court
that the Road which Leads from the said Onortons house to the Inlett be void but that the old road that Leads
from his house to the Indian Town Branch be Cleared & deem'd a maine County Road &c

Whearas a Certain John Flin an Orphan boy was Left with a Certain John Johnson &
the said Flin being not able to take ^Cear^ of himselfe and noe person out of Charity would doe the
same the said John Flin being a Considerable time at the house of the said John Johnson
          and Likewise been very Chargable and troublesome to him   Whereupon the said John Johnson
    Prays that he may be allowed by the County for Keeping the said Jno Flin   thereupon It's ordered by the
    Court that the said John Johnson be allowed six hundred pounds of tobacco next Levy Court
             Likewise the Said John Flin Orphan afd is bound by the Court unto the said John Johnson untill he
    arrives to the age of twenty one years he being five years Old next December
    the said John Johnson to find the said John Flin sufficient Necessarys during his servitude mete for
    him to have & wear      Likewise Its ordered by the Court that the said John Johnson give good security
    to save, Keep harmless & Endempnifie Somersett County from all burthens, troubles, Charges or
    Incumbrances that might happen by means of the said Childs being Left without ^a^ Guardiant &c
       Thereupon the said John Johnson with Peter Frazer his Security present here in Court
