Richard Hudson's Bond

To William Low
 Somersett County fs  Know all men by these presents that wee Rich.d
Hudson, Joseph Gray & Daniel Davis, all of Somersett County in the
Province afd Are holden and firmly Bound unto William Low of
The same County in the full and Just sum of four pounds Eleven Shillings and Six pence to be paid
unto the said William Low his heirs Executors Administrators or assignes to the which Payment
well and Truly to Be Made and Don wee Bind Our Selves Our and Either of Our Heirs Executors
and Administrators for the whole and In the whole Joyntly and Severally firmly By these
Presents sealed with our seal and Dated this 18th day of November Ann Dom 1724
The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above Bound Richard Hudson his heirs
Executors or Administrators doe well and Truly Pay or Cause to be paid unto the above said William
Low his heirs Executors Admrs or assignes the full and Just Sum of Two pounds five Shillings
and Nine pence Being the Just Ballance due to him from Jon^a^ Hudson deceasted Estate when shall
Attain to full age According to Act of Assembly and the Deceased will then the above Obligation
to be Void Otherwise to remain in full force and Vertue                                                his

 Somersett fs  William Francis of Somerset parish in the County afd
Whealright was attached to Answer unto Capell King of A Plea of
Trespass upon the Case &c          And whereupon and whereupon the
same Capell by Levin Gale his Attorney Complaines that whereas the afd William the Tenth day
of may One thousand seven hundred and Twenty three at Somersett County afd within the
Jurisdiction of this Court was Indebted unto ^ye afd^ Capell King six hundred pounds of Tobacco
for a Stear and Two pounds three shillings Currant money of Maryland for Divers Goods wares
and Merchandizes to the same William to the same William at his Speciall Instance and request
By the said Capell Before That Time Sold and Delivered and so thereof Being Indebted
the said William in Consideration thereof afterwards that is to say the afd Tenth day of
may in the year afd within the afd Jurisdiction upon himself Assumed and to the Said
Capell then and there faithfully promissed that when afterwards he should be thereunto
requested the afd sum of six hundred pounds of Tobacco and Two pounds three shillings
Currant money as afd to the afd Capell he would well and faithfully Content & pay Never
the less the afd William his promise and assumption afd In form afd Made Little reguarding
and Plotting and fraudulently Intending the afd Capell in that part Craftilly
