       Year afd at the County afd and within the Jurisdiction afd in Consideration
       assume and unto the afd Johannas then and there faithfully did Promise
       same six thousand Eight hundred seventy and Nine pounds of tobacco in
       afterwards he should be requested well and faithfully would pay and
       five thousand five hundred forty two and a halfe pounds of tobacco
       hundred seventy nine pounds of tobacco to the said Johannas he hath
       three hundred and thirty six poun and one half pounds of tobacco
       Eight hundred seventy and nine pounds of tob.^o the said Patrick his
       form afd made Little regarding but minding and fraudulently Intending
       Craftely and Subtilly to deceive and defraud the afd One thousand three
       halfe pounds of tobacco or in any part thereof unto the same Johannas his
       same Contented altho' to do the same the afd                  afterwards to
       Year of Our Lord God seventeen hundred and twenty and often
       within the jurisdiction afd ^by^ the afd Johannas he was requested but the same
       sort to Content altogether hath refused and still doth refuse to the
       thousand six hundred seventy and three pounds of tob^o and thereupon
