Ordered by the the Court that Robert Martin pay unto William Richardson, adam Spence
Sen, and Robert Hall the sum of One hundred & Eighty pounds of tobacco Each for their attend.a
six days Each as Evidence on behalfe of the said Robert Martin against John Paty they
having made oath to the same &c 

Ordered by the Court that Robert Martin pay unto William Story the sum of one hundred &
twenty pounds of tobacco for his attendance four days as Evidence on Behalfe of the Said Robert
Martin against Jno Paty he haveing made Oath to the Same &c

Ordered by the Court that Robert Martin ^pay unto^ Thomas Dixson & Jn.o Harrison the Sum of one hundred
and fifty pounds of tobacco Each for their attendance five days as an Evidence's Each for the Said
