163 the sum of one thousand pounds of tobacco afd so as afd Confessed by the afd Joseph MccClester as of ye Rights and Creditts of the said Thomas Crawley may be Condemned in the hands of the said Joseph MccClester towards satisfying unto the said John Handy & Jane his wife their damages & Costs afd Therefore it is Considered by the Justices here the seventeenth day of march ann Dom one thousand seven hundred & twenty three that the said sum of one thousand pounds of tobacco so as afd attached & Confessed be Condemned in the hands of the said Joseph MccClester as of the rights and Creditts of the said Thomas Crawley to satisfy unto the said John Handy and Jane his wife Exrx as afd their damages afd as also the Costs accrewing upon the writt of attachm.t afd and that the said John Handy & Jane his wife have Ex.n thereof against the said Joseph MccClester according to act of assembly &c
Horsey at the prayer of the plfts attorney is adjudged to give Speciall Bail to the action afd thereupon a Certain Cornelius Ward of Somersett County Planter present here in Court undertakes for the said Nathaniel Horsey that in Case the said Amos Garrott shall Recover Judgmt in the plea afd against the said Nathaniel Horsey or that the said Nathaniel Horsey shall be therein Convict that then he the said Nathaniel Horsey shall pay the Condemnation of the Court thereupon or Render his Body to the Custody of the sherr of Somersett County in satisfaction thereof or that he the said Cornelius Ward will do it for him &c thereupon the said Nathl Horsey by Levin Gale his attorney appears & Imparls till next Court &c
Bail to the action afd thereupon a Certain Levin Gale of Somersett County Gentl: present here in Court is undertakes for the said William Robinson that in Case the said John Rider shall be therein Convict that then he the said William Robins shall pay the Condemnation of the Court or Render his body to the Custody of the sherr of Somersett County in satisfaction thereof or that he the said Levin Gale will do it for him thereupon the said William Robins by Levin Gale his attorney appears & Imparles till next Court &c
