    Money Each to be Levied on the Bodys goods or Chattells Lands or tenements for the use of his said Lordship
the Lord proprietary Joyntly and Severally In case the Said Richard Driskill do not make his personally
appearance Before the Justices of our County Court to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of June next
to answer unto his said Lordship the Lord proprietary touching or Concerning all such matters & things as
shall be then & there objected against him on his said Lordship Behalfe and to stand & abide the Judgmt
of the Court thereupon and not to depart the same Court without Lycence thereof and in the Mean time to
be of Good beheaviour to all his Lordships Leige people & More Especially to Hannah Fords &c

Somersett County fs.        The Jurors for his Lordship Charles absolute Lord & proprietary
of the provinces of maryland &c for the body of Somersett County upon their oath do present
Thomas Renshaw late of Stepney parish and County afd planter for that the said Thomas
       Renshaw the fear of god Before his Eyes not haveing but being seduced and Led away by the Instigation of
       the Devill the twentieth day of February ann Dom Seventeen hundred and twenty one at the parish and
       County afd within the Jurisdiction of this Court did Committ fornication with a Certain Esther Flewelling the twentyeth
       day of November ann Dom Seventeen hundred and twenty one at the parish and County afd was delivered of
       a bastard Child against the peace &c and against the form of an act of assembly of this province in such
       Case made and provided &c                         On the Back of the foregoeing Bill it was thus Endorst vizt
                   Billa Vera      James Mackimore Foreman
          Thereupon Command was Given to the Sherr of Somersett County that he should take Thomas
       Renshaw late of Stepney Parish and County afd Planter if he should be found in his Bailywick & him should
       Safe Keep so that he might have his Body before the Justices of his Lordships County Court of
       Somersett to be held at dividing Creek in the third tuesday of March then next to answer unto his
       Lordship Concerning a Certain Presentmt against him found &c and that thereof he should not
       fail &c                 Att which said third tuesday of march to witt the seventeenth day of the same month
       ann Dom one thousand seven hundred & twenty three being the day of the return of the said Writt Cometh
       the said Sherr of Somersett County and maketh return thereof to the Court here Endorst in these words
       following vizt                     Cepi Corpus   Jos: MccChester Sherr

                Whereupon the said Thomas Renchor appears and being sett to the Barr is thereupon Instantly
       demanded how he would acquitt himselfe of the premisses afd above Imposed upon him says that of
       the premisses afd he is guilty thereof and submits to the Mercy of the Court and pays thirty shillings for his
       fine for the fact afd   Wherefore it is COnsidered by the Justices here that the said Thomas Renshaw
       be fined to his Lordship the Lord proprietary thirty shillings for the fact afd   Thereupon the
       said Thomas Renshaw is accordingly discharged paying the severall officers their fees due by action of
       the premisses afd &c
